Abstract

Publications of the Complex of the Royal Cult and the Main Sanctuary of Amun-Re were the aim of Egyptological documentation and studies. Restoration of sphinxes, the North Colossus of Hatshepsut located at the northern edge of the Lower Portico and the western wall of the Chapel of Hatshepsut are the recent main subjects of the Mission’s conservation program. Remains of the grave goods found in shaft tombs of the Third Intermediate Period necropolis, recently discovered on the third terrace of the temple, are studied for publication. From walls of the temple, we read ideas and messages of the extraordinary Queen.
